循证护理在心肌梗死患者并发心力衰竭护理中的应用

The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of myocardial infarction patients complicated with heart failure

目的探讨循证护理在心肌梗死患者并发心力衰竭护理中的应用效果,为更好的进行临床护理提供参考依据。方法选择我院收治的心肌梗死并发心力衰竭的80例患者作为本次研究的对象,收治时间在2013年3月~2014年5月期间,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组采取常规护理模式,实验组采取循证护理模式,并在护理结束后,对比分析两组患者的抢救成功率、护理总满意率、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果实验组的抢救成功率为97.50%,对照组的抢救成功率为75.00%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组的护理总满意率为90.00%,高于对照组的70.00%（P〈0.05）;实验组的并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组的生活质量评分为（90.63±10.09）分,对照组的生活质量评分为（75.62±10.19）分（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理在心肌梗死患者并发心力衰竭护理中具有显著的临床应用效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of myocardial infarction patients complicated with heart failure was to provide reference for better clinical nursing. Methods 80 myocardial infarction patients complicated with heart failure from March 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects this time,who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group equally,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing mode,while the experimental group received evidence-based nursing mode. At the end of the care,the rescue success rate,nursing total satisfaction,the complications incidence rate and life quality score of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The rescue success rate of the experimental group was 97.50%,while the rescue success rate of the control group was 75.00%（P〈0.05）.The nursing total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than the 70.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）.The complication incidence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The life quality score of the experimental group was（90.63±10.09） scores,while the life quality score of the control group was（75.62±10.19） scores（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in the nursing of myocardial infarction patients complicated with heart failure had significant clinical application effect.
