多发性创伤的急救护理

The emergency nursing care of multiple trauma

目的探讨多发性创伤的病理及临床特点,从而找出合适的急救护理措施。方法选取2013年1月~2014年5月间收治的100例多发创伤患者,作为研究对象,通过采取积极有效的护理措施从而统计患者的抢救成功率。结果经过积极有效的护理可以明显提高抢救成功率,本研究有52例患者在经过急救后转入普通病房进行治疗,38例患者在经过急救后即做好术前准备,9例患者留在急诊室进行观察,1例在经过积极的抢救后无效死亡。结论通过护理人员采取积极有效的护理措施可以明显提高多发性创伤的抢救成功率,对多发性创伤的患者要采取科学规范的急救措施,同时要尽早尽快的首先处理危机患者生命体征的症状,从而为患者的后期治疗打下坚实的基础,为手术赢得宝贵的时间,进而提高患者的生活质量。在临床中具有积极的意义,值得向社会进行推广。

Objective To explore and discuss the pathological and clinical features of multiple trauma for finding out appropriate measures for emergency nursing care. Methods 100 patients who suffered from multiple trauma from January 2013 to May 2014 were randomly selected to be considered as the research object, taking positive and effective nursing interventions was to count the statistics of the patient＇s resuscitation successful rate. Results Taking a positive and effective nursing could significantly improve the success rate, in this trial, 52 cases were transferred to ordinary ward after emergency treatment, 38 cases did preoperative preparation immediately after first aid, 9 cases stayed in the emergency room to observe, 1 case died after positive treatment. Conclusion The positive and effective nursing measures of paramedic could significantly increase the success rate of multiple trauma, the scientific and standardized emergency measures were taken to multiple trauma patients, meanwhile, the symptoms of life signs in the crisis were firstly processed as soon as possible, which laid a solid foundation for patients＇ subsequent treatment, won valuable time for the surgery and thus improve patients＇ life quality. It had positive significance in clinical, which was worthy to be popularized in society.
