某院2010～2013年住院人均费用及影响分析

An analysis of average hospitalization cost and its influential factors based on the data of a certain hospital during 2010 and 2013

目的通过对某院2010~2013年住院人均医疗费用的调查与分析,研究医疗费用的影响因素,为卫生部门提供政策依据。方法运用SPSS17.0软件和描述性的分析方法汇总、计算各年份的出院人数及其人均费用情况,并对其影响因素进行单因素方差分析。结果患者年龄、性别、入院情况、疾病种类、付款方式等因素对住院费用均有不同程度的影响。结论医院加强内部管理,政府各相关职能部门形成相关政策及加强监督来实现医疗费用的控制。

Objective To explore the influential factors of hospitalization costs based on the data of a certain hospital during 2010 and 2013,and provide references for the policy adjustment of health department. Methods The number of discharged patients and their average cost were summarized and analyzed by SPSS17.0 software and descriptive analysis method,and the influential factors were analyzed by single factor variance analysis method. Results Patients＇ ages,genders,hospitalized situations,disease types,and payment methods all have more or less influence on the costs. Conclusion We should strengthen the internal management of hospital,and the certain government departments should conduct relevant policies and strengthen the supervision to control medical expenses.
