摘要
川崎病(KD)是一种严重的全身血管炎综合征,能对心血管系统造成严重的损害。目前,KD已成为最常见的小儿后天获得性心脏病病因之一。但KD的病因尚未明确,且KD缺乏特异性的临床表现和权威性的实验室检测指标。本文综述了现有的KD诊断及鉴别诊断的方法。正确的诊断及鉴别诊断是采取规范化治疗措施及减少KD对心血管损害的关键。
Kawasaki disease（KD）is characterized by acute systemic vasculitis,which may lead to serious cardiovascular complications.At present,KD has become one of the most common reasons for acquired heart disease in children.However,the cause of KD is still unknown,and KD lacks specific clinical manifestation and the authoritative laboratory indexes.Correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis play a key role in standardized treatment to reduce cardiovascular injury.This article reviews the recent advance in the methods of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of KD.
