摘要
基于钌络合物Ru(dpp)3Cl2的发光特性,制备了一种化学稳定性好、使用寿命长、荧光激发性能高的氧敏感膜。研究了敏感膜的透光特性,重点分析了荧光试剂浓度、液体温度、p H值、电路参数等因素对敏感膜荧光发射强度的影响,同时探讨了不同激发光源对敏感膜荧光性能及其使用寿命的影响,在此基础上,实现了氧敏感膜的特异性和对溶解氧的响应度检测。实验结果表明:制备的氧敏感膜对水体中的溶解氧响应度较好,检测误差保持在1%左右,在溶解氧/葡萄糖含量测定、微生物传感检测等方面有着较好的应用前景。
An oxygen sensitive membrane which has good chemical stability,long life and high fluorescence excitation performance is prepared based on photoluminescence of Ru( dpp)3Cl2as a ruthenium complex. Light transmission features of sensitive membrane is studied,and influences of fluorescence indicator concentration,liquid temperature,p H value and circuit parameters,etc,on intensity of fluorescence emission from sensitive membrane is investigated. At the same time,effect of different excitation light source on fluorescence characteristic and working life of sensitive membrane is discussed. Based on it,specificity detection on oxyen sensitive membrane and responsivity detections on dissolved oxygen is achieved. Experimental results show that the prepared oxygen sensitive membrane has high responsivity to dissolved oxygen,detection error maintains around 1 %,which has good application prospect in many areas,such as dissolved oxygen and glucose content measurement,microbial sensing detection,etc.
