摘要
针对90°散射法和表面散射法分别只适用于低浊度和高浊度范围测量的技术特点,提出了一种90°散射法与表面散射法相结合的宽量程浊度测量新方案。基于该思想设计了新型的浊度探测结构,将两种浊度测量方法集成于一个浊度传感器探头,大大拓宽了浊度测量范围,且有效降低了传感器的体积和成本。实验结果显示:该浊度传感器能够准确测量0-4 000 NTU范围内待测溶液的浊度,且测量精度在±5%FS以内,在保证测量精度的前提下显著提高了浊度传感器的测量范围。
Since 90° scattering method and surface scattering method only suitable for low and high turbidity range measurement,a novel wide-range turbidity measurement scheme is proposed by incorporating both the above two methods. A new type of turbidity detecting structure integrates the two measurement methods in one turbidity sensor probe is designed based on this idea,which can greatly broaden turbidity measurement range and effectively reduce volume and cost of sensor. Experimental results show that the turbidity sensor can precisely measure turbidity of solution under test in a wide range of 0- 4 000 NTU,with measurement precision within ± 5 % FS,on the premise of assuring measurement precision,measurement range is improved obviously.
