南汇区乡村医生的现状和退休养老对策探讨

The current situation and measures for old-aged pension of the doctors in rural areas in Nanhui district

[目的 ] 分析南汇区乡村医生的现状 ,研究解决乡村医生养老保障的对策。 [方法 ] 采用表格式问卷 ,调查全区 675位乡村医生的情况。 [结果 ] 全区有 5 46位乡村医生退休养老进入了区社会保险事业管理中心。 [结论 ] 合理解决乡村医生的养老保障问题 ,有利于初级卫生保健和社区卫生服务等工作的开展。

To analyze the present conditions of the doctors in rural areas in Nanhui district and probe for the solution to the old-aged pension of doctors in rural areas. Using questionnaires, 675 doctors in rural areas of the district were investigated. There were 546 doctors retirements for the aged to be provided by the social insurance menagement centre in the district. [Conclusion] To rationally solve the problem conceming the old-aged pension of the doctors in rural areas, is in favor of facilitating primary health care, community hygiene services and etc.
