含稀土磷灰石精矿综合回收稀土和磷 被引量:2

Recovery of Rare Earth and Phosphorus from a Rare Earth-bearing Apatite Concentrate

摘要 以含稀土磷灰石精矿为原料,研究了稀土和磷综合回收利用的新工艺,开发了"化学选矿-酸化-水浸-沉淀稀土"和"脱钙-氨中和-蒸发造粒"两条技术路线分别对稀土和磷进行综合回收利用,并副产石膏。结果显示,得到的稀土粗产品中REO含量40.35%,REO回收率86.25%;制备的磷肥中P_2O_5含量15.74%,总氮含量25.4%,磷回收率94.74%。新工艺技术指标优良,资源综合利用率高,处理含稀土磷灰石精矿合理有效。 A new process was studied to recover rare earth and phosphorus from a rare earth – bearing apatite concentrate. And two technical routes of "chemical beneficiation- acidification – water leaching – precipitating rare earth"and"decalcification- ammonia neutralization – evaporation and granulation"were developed to recover rare earth and phosphorus with the gypsum as the by- products. The results were shown that the rough rare earth products contain 40. 35% of REO with the recovery of 86. 25%,and the phosphate fertilizer contains 15. 74% of P2O5 and 25. 4% of total nitrogen with phosphorus recovery of 94. 74%. The new process can treat the rare earth – bearing apatite concentrate effectively with excellent technical parameters and high comprehensive utilization. So the new process has a wide prospect in the industrial applications.
