Modernity and Biopolitic

现代性与生命政治统一于对人的存在的重新配置,这一方面体现为服务于资本积累及资本主义生产方式的形成,另一方面体现为现代性国家类型即民族国家的内涵规定与治理机制。生命政治的出现,为我们理解资本主义生产方式的运行与国家权力机制的转换提供了重要的视角,它体现为治理技艺的创新。而生命政治对生命自然性的回归是治理技艺创新的核心内核,同时也暗示着现代性规划的再调整。

Modernity and biopolitic are integrated into the redisposition of human being, which embodies the service to the capital accumulation and the formation of capitalist mode of production on one hand, and embodies the type of modern state including the connotation and governance of national state on the other hand. Biopolitic is an innovation of governance, which provides a new perspective to understand the operation of capitalist mode of production and the conversion of the mechanism of state power. Biopolitic＇s return to naturality of life is the key point of innovation of governance, which meanwhile implies the readjustment of modern program.
