摘要
发展应用技术本科是我国应对新技术革命及经济发展方式转变的现实要求。应用技术本科教育属于ISCED第6级教育的专业教育类别,旨在培养具备工程应用能力的专业人才,其课程教学既要重视技术知识课程的广度和深度,培养学生较强的技术思维能力,又要重视实践教学。建立教育经费投入和监督管理的长效机制,完善本科层次技术教育特色的教育质量评估机制和教师评聘管理机制,是应用技术本科教育办出特色的切实保障。
The development of applied technology education in China aims to deal with the practical requirements of new technology progress and the transformation of economic development. The application technology education belongs to professional education of ISCED 6, which aims to train professional personnel with engineering application ability. The courses and teaching methods emphasize the breadth and depth of knowledge and cultivate students' technical thinking ability by paying more attention to practice. To guarantee the characteristic of application technology undergraduate education, it is necessary to establish long-term education funding and supervision mechanism, improve quality evaluation system and teachers' evaluation mechanism with the characteristics of technical education.
