摘要
德国双元制职业教育中,企业培训内容以"职业教育条例"为基础,职业学校教育内容以"框架教学计划"为基础。两个学习地点的培养内容在国家层面、机构层面和教学层面实现了协调一致。德国双元制职业教育校企协调的法律基础、协调机制、专业设置与更新机制、培养目标与内容设计、业务流程和工作过程导向的教学思想为我国开展现代学徒制试点,探索如何促进行业、企业参与职业教育人才培养的全过程,实现职业教育世界与职业世界的对接提供了启示。
In the German dual-system vocational education, enterprise training content is based on the vocational education regulations, and vocational school education content is based on the framework of teaching plan. Both the two learning locations' training contents share coincidence in national level, institutional level and teaching level. The fundamentals of law, coordination mechanism, training objective and content design, teaching thought oriented by business and working process in the German dual-system vocational education' coordination provide inspirations for China to carry out the modern apprenticeship pilot work, to explore how to promote the participation of industry, enterprises in the vocational education and training and to realize the connection of vocational education world and vocational world.
