摘要
德国双元制职业教育实行的是一种"多元合作、企业主导、外部支撑"的办学体制。这一办学体制的形成与德国的历史、文化和法治传统有着密不可分的联系。从德国双元制职业教育办学体制看,我国在职业教育办学体制改革过程中应该着重注意以下几点:重新理解"办学体制多元化"的概念;将"多元合作"而不是"多元化"作为职业教育办学体制改革的目标;完善职业教育法律体系;建立相配套的职业教育管理体制。
The school-running system of dual-system vocational education in Germany is characterized by pluralism, cooperation, enterprise leading and support from management. The formation of this system has close relationship with German history, culture and tradition of the rule of law. From the school-running system of the dual-system vocational education in Germany, in the course of the reform of vocational education system, we should pay more attention to the following points: understanding the concept of "school system diversification" completely, improve the legal system of vocational education, establish supporting system for the management of vocational education,etc.
