养阴活胃合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎94例

Nourishing Yin to live the stomach in cases to observe the treatment of 94 coses with chronic atrophic gastritis mixture

目的:剖析养阴活胃合剂用于慢性萎缩性胃炎中的疗效。方法:随机等分94例慢性萎缩性胃炎者:试验与对照。前者行养阴活胃合剂治疗,后者行西药治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:试验组总有效率为95.74%,对照组为70.21%。试验组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。试验组不适症状的改善程度,明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:于慢性萎缩性胃炎中积极运用养阴活胃合剂,可提高病情控制效果。

Objective： To analyze the Yin live gastric mixture used for curative effect of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods： Randomly divided 94 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis： experiment and comparison.The former line of nourishing Yin to live gastric mixture treatment,the latter line of western medicine treatment.Compare two groups of curative effect. Results： Treatment group total effective rate was 95.74%,the control group was 70.21%.The experimental group is significantly higher than the control group,P 0.05.Patients symptoms improvement,significantly better than that of control group,P 0.05.Conclusion：The positive use of nourishing Yin to live in chronic atrophic gastritis mixture,stomach disease control effect can be improved.
