基于“实训-应用-评价”三位一体中医研究生临床技能培养模式浅谈脉诊培训

针对中医内科学研究生临床实践能力差的现状,提出了"实训-应用-评价"三位一体式的中医内科学研究生临床技能培养方案,按照此方案的培养计划,滕晶、齐向华教授展开了以脉诊为核心的临床技能培训,系统讲授了"系统辨证脉学"的脉象要素及脉诊技法,并组织学生进行了脉诊实训,提高了学生的临床脉诊技能,对于培养出更多的实用型中医人才有重要意义。

The situation that graduate students ‘ clinical practice ability is poor, the author proposed ＂training- Application- Assessment＂ three-in-one clinical skills training mode. according to the training plan of this scheme, Teng Jing Professor and Qi Xianghua professor conduct the clinical pulse skills training, they teach the pulse elements and pulse diagnosis techniques systemically, then they organize the students Palpation training,this method had improved students＇ clinical pulse diagnosis skills and cultivated many practical medical talents. So it has an important significance to foster more practical talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
