泛市场化与道德困境

Pan-marketization and Moral Dilemma

今日中国,道德失范已成为受人关注的社会现象,并因此引发了与此相关的种种思考。相当一部分人将道德失范的原因归咎于市场经济发展过程中传统价值观念的解构。但实际上,道德的产生虽然离不开内在的教化和外在的规范,而其形成的过程,与实际民生之间同样存在着相互依存的关系。要而言之,近年来,中国社会道德滑落现象产生的根源并非源于市场机制本身,而是市场规则泛滥于社会的非市场领域,尤其值得注意的是,这种泛市场化的现象已经渐渐在人们的观念中习以为常。因此,道德复兴与重建的着力点应在于清晰界定市场与非市场之间的边界。同时,在制度层面构建共同的利益机制,提高实际民生水平。

Ethical decline in current China has become a thought-provoking phenomenon and hence triggered reflections from all walks of life.Quite a few attributed the phenomenon to the collapse of traditional values in the course of market economy development.However,the form of morality though could never be isolated from either internal nurturing or external standardized regulations while its formation is interdependently connected to people's livelihood.In general,the moral decline in China stemmed from rather the inundation of market regulations in non-market social fields than market mechanism itself.It is more noteworthy that people have gradually got accustomed to the pan-marketisation.Hence,the focus of moral revitalization and renovation lies in streamlining the border between market and non-market fields.Meanwhile,we shall institutionally build up common interests mechanism so as to improve people's livelihood.
