外资对内资企业研发支出的影响分析

Analysis of MNEs' Influence on R&D Expenditure of Domestic Enterprises

该文利用制造业大中型企业的面板数据研究了外资对内资企业研发支出的影响。研究发现,随着影响的渠道,企业所有制,研发支出类型的不同,影响的结果也有所不同。外资通过技术示范效应显著地促进了内资企业的研发支出,同时外资通过产品市场竞争效应和要素市场竞争效应削弱了民企的研发投资意愿和研发投资能力,进而使其减少研发支出。但外资对国企研发支出的影响并不显著。另外,无论是作为解释变量还是被解释变量,选取的研发支出类型不同,变量的显著性以及影响因素也会不同。

Based on panel data of large and medium enterprises in manufacturing industry,this paper investigates the influence of MNEs on RD Spending of domestic enterprises,with the result shows that when different influence channels,enterprise ownerships and types of RD Spending are chosen the conclusions are also different.Through technical demonstration effect MNEs have significantly promoted the RD spending of domestic enterprises.But at the same time,with competition effect in product and factor market MNEs have Weakened the willingness and ability of private enterprises in RD investment,thus reducing their spending on RD,nevertheless,no significant effect on state-owned enterprises has be observed. Whether as explanatory variable or explained variable,when different types of RD Spending are chosen,the significance and influence factors of variables are different.
