摘要
为研究不同砧木对赤霞珠葡萄生长和光合特性的影响,通过在3309-173、3309-144、SO4-20、1103P-768、1103P-VCR107、1103P-CFC60-30、1103P-VCR119等7个砧木品种上分别嫁接赤霞珠,观测葡萄的枝条生长量、光合参数和叶绿素相对含量。结果表明,不同砧木对赤霞珠葡萄的长势和光合特性均有显著影响,其中砧木1103P-VCR119嫁接的赤霞珠净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、和叶肉瞬时羧化效率(Pn/Ci)均较高,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)较低,表现了较好的光合能力,其光合效率明显高于其他砧穗组合,且叶绿素含量和枝条生长量也高于其他砧穗组合。因此,1103P-VCR119是气候干旱、土壤盐碱化地区最适合嫁接赤霞珠的砧木品种。
In order to study the influences of different stocks ( 3309-144, 3309-173, SO4-20, 1103P-768, 1103P-VCRI07, 1103P-VCR 119 and 1103P-CFC60-30 ) on Cabernet Sauvignon, the grape growth, photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll content were detected. The resuhs showed that stock had significant influences on the growth, photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll content of Cabernet Sauvignon. The net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ) , stomata1 conductance ( Gs ) and instantaneous carboxylation efficiency ( Pn/Ci ) of Cabernet Sauvignon /1103P-VCR119 were higher than those of others, while the intercellular concentration of carbon dioxide ( Ci ) was lower, so photosynthesis productivity of the variety behaved better, its growth and chlorophyll content were higher than those of others. Thus, 1103P-VCR119 was the most suitable stock for Cabernet Sauvignon in the area of drought and soil salinization.
