摘要
为解决玲南金矿原有采矿方法回采作业安全性差、矿石损失贫化大、通风条件差等问题,设计采用盘区交错式上向水平分层充填采矿法作为该矿的主体采矿方法。该法将盘区内矿体划分为矿房矿柱分两步进行回采,矿房矿柱交错回采又同时向上推进。生产实践取得了采场综合生产能力105~120 t/d、矿石损失率5.8%、贫化率4.6%、采矿成本96.29元/t、充填成本32.95元/t的良好技术经济指标。
Aiming at the problems of poor safety and ventilation mining condition,as well as high loss and dilution rate in Lingnan gold mine,the panel interlacing upward horizontal slice stoping and backfilling method was proposed to exploit the main orebody with room mining and pillar mining. Room and pillar mining interlaced and moved upward simultaneously. Application of this method achieved good technical and economic indexes as follows,production capacity of 105 ~ 120 t / d,ore loss rate of 5. 8%,ore dilution ratio of 4. 6%,mining cost of 96. 29 yuan / t,and backfilling cost of 32. 95 yuan / t.
