摘要
针对矿山充填系统设计中物料的合理配比、管道参数等难以确定的问题,采用软固体测试仪,通过试验得到不同组别高浓度充填料浆的剪切速率-剪切应力流变曲线图,进而求得料浆相应粘度系数η和屈服应力τ0,再采用ANSYS软件对料浆在管道中的流动进行数值模拟分析,结果表明,物料质量浓度为72%、管内径D2=150 mm的输送条件能保证料浆管流输送中沿程最大流速、出口处最大流速和入口处压力值均较小,矿山据此进行充填系统的设计与运行。
It is difficult to determine the reasonable material proportions and pipeline parameters in the design of mine filling system. According to these problems,the soft-solid tester was used to obtain shear rate-shear stress rheological curve of different groups of slurry by experiment,then the viscosity coefficient and yield stress of slurry were gained. Furthermore,ANSYS software was applied to simulate the slurry pipeline flow. The results showed that the optimal condition was transmission parameter of material concentration 72% and pipe diameter D2= 150 mm. Thus,the maximum speed in pipeline,the maximum velocity at the outlet and the pressure value at the inlet of slurry were all smaller enough in its pipeline,which was the foundation for the design and operation of filling system.
