摘要
针对某铜矿铜资源利用率不高的问题,采用新型捕收剂HZ-0315作为混合浮选捕收剂对该矿进行浮选试验研究。结果表明,在原有生产工艺流程下,小型闭路试验可获得铜精矿品位为21.51%、回收率为84.61%的较好选矿指标。与原有选矿指标相比,铜精矿的铜品位仅下降了0.58个百分点,铜回收率却提高了5.38个百分点;红外光谱分析表明,新型捕收剂HZ-0315在黄铁矿和黄铜矿表面的主要吸附方式均为物理吸附。
According to the problem of low copper recovery in a copper ore,flotation tests with a new collector HZ-0315 for Cu-S bulk flotation were carried out. The results indicated that based on the previous process of production,good flotation indexes could be obtained by closed-circuit tests. The grade of copper concentrate was 21. 51% and copper recovery was 84. 61%.Compared with the previous flotation indexes,the grade of copper concentrate only reduced by 0. 58 percentage point,but the recovery increased by 5. 38 percentage point. The results of IR spectra analysis demonstrated that the new collector HZ-0315 was mainly physically adsorbed on pyrite and chalcopyrite surface.
