摘要
为提高地下矿山爆破装药本质安全、改善作业环境,研制开发了中小直径现场混装乳化炸药车,北洺河铁矿的工业应用结果表明:该设备技术安全可靠,满足上向中深孔连续耦合装填现场混装乳化炸药的要求,炮孔孔径80 mm时垂直装药深度可达22 m,显著提高了装药效率和爆破效果,返药率低于2%,炸药单耗相比人工装药降低15%,有助于推动采矿技术进步和矿山向无轨化、智能化方向发展。
In order to improve the intrinsically safe and the working environment of blasting charge in underground mine,the site mixed and charged emulsion explosive vehicle with mediumsmall diameter was developed in Beiminghe Iron Mine. Results of industrial production indicated that the technology of this vehicle was safe and reliable,which met continuous coupling charge of site mixed emulsion explosive in the upper hole with medium depth. The holes with diameter of 80 mm could be mounted vertically to a depth of 22 m. Meanwhile,the drug return rate was lower than 2%,and the explosive consumption reduced by 15%compared to artificial charge. It could significantly improve the efficiency of charge and blasting effect,which was favour to promote the progress of mining technology,as well as the trackless and intelligent mining direction.
