摘要
针对非煤露天矿山建立了安全标准化复评体系模型,为进一步将评审中难以避免的模糊概念量化,实现评价过程主观与客观统一,通过层次分析法(AHP)得出各因素有效指标权重,结合评价矩阵,采用模糊评价法及最大隶属度和加权平均原则最终得出有效评审等级,并利用数据处理软件,将体系模型中得出的一级因素和二级因素权重通过折线图直观展现,使该复评体系工作中的重点和难点一目了然。该方法量化程度高,评判结果准确可靠,且对企业安全标准化建设具有指导价值。
A safety standardization assessment system model was established for non-coal open-pit mine. In order to transform some unavoidable fuzzy concept into quantify,and reunify the subjective and objective in the process of evaluation,the weight of each factor was obtained through AHP. Then,combined with the evaluation matrix,the fuzzy evaluation method,the maximum membership degree and the weighted average principle were used to achieve effective assessment levels. By the data processing software,the weights of the primary factor and secondary factor in the model were displayed visually as a line chart,so that the emphasis and difficulties of the system would work at a glance. The method was highly quantitative and reliable,and had directive value for the construction of safety standardization in enterprise.
