摘要
利用组氨酸与锌离子的特异性结合,用水溶性CdSe/ZnS核壳型量子点标记朊蛋白(PrPC).研究了量子点标记朊蛋白的荧光光谱、琼脂糖凝胶电泳以及二者结合比.标记后荧光强度增加两倍多,二者结合比为3∶1.这种方法能快速简便地实现朊蛋白的定位点标记,为进一步深入研究朊蛋白提供了一种新的标记手段.
Water-soluble CdSe/ZnS quantum dots were used to label Prion Protein (PrPc) through metai- histidine coordination. The fluorescence spectrum, agarose gel electrophoresis and their binding ratio of prpc-QDs were studied in this paper. The fluorescence intensity of prpC-QDs increases more than two-fold compared with QDs and their binding ratio is 3 : 1. This method achieved location labeling quickly and eas- ily. A new labeling method was proposed for further study on prion protein.
