摘要
目的促进铁路集装化发展,寻求铁运车辆与集装容器的最优适配度,研究箱式托盘的最佳尺寸型号。方法首先计算5种铁路棚车车型对国际通用的3种标准平托盘的装载效率,然后以1200 mm×1000 mm为底面,利用递阶优化算法为铁路棚车选择装载效率最高的箱式托盘尺寸标准。结果通过对铁路棚车载盘效率的分析发现,5种车型(P_(50),P_(60),P_(61),P_(64),P_(70))对1200 mm×1000 mm平托盘的载盘效率均在82%以上,具有稳定的载盘效率;对于P_(50),P_(60),P_(61),P_(64)型棚车,1200 mm×1000 mm×760 mm型箱式托盘载盘效率最高,各种类型箱式托盘对P_(70)棚车的载盘效率接近。结论最适合铁路棚车使用的箱式托盘尺寸为1200 mm×1000 mm×760 mm。
This work aimed to study the box pallet size suitable for railway boxcars,in order to promote the containerization of railway and seek for the optimal goodness of fit between the railway boxcars and the containers. First,the loading efficiency of the three kinds of common pallets in the society by five kinds of railway boxcars was calculated,and then the box pallet size with the highest loading efficiency was chosen for the railway boxcars based on the pallet of 1200mm×1000 mm using the hierarchical optimization algorithm. Analysis of the loading efficiency of railway boxcars showed that the loading efficiency of 1200 mm×1000 mm pallet by all five boxcars(P(50),P(60),P(61),P(64),P(70)) was above 82%,and the loading efficiency was stable. For the P(50),P(60),P(61),P(64) types of boxcars,the 1200 mm×1000 mm×760 mm box pallet had the highest loading efficiency,while for P(70),the loading efficiency of all types of box pallets was similar. The box pallet size of1200 mm×1000 mm×760 mm was the most efficient tray for railway boxcars.
