摘要
目的:筛选黄连解毒汤抗内毒素的有效组分群。方法:以Lipid A为靶点,采用生物传感器技术,测定黄连解毒汤各组分群与Lipid A的亲和力。结果:黄连解毒汤各组分群与Lipid A亲和力从高到低依次为沉淀水洗、上清液醇洗、沉淀醇洗、全方固体、上清、沉淀、上清液水洗。结论:应用生物传感器技术可以快速、方便、准确地筛选黄连解毒汤抗内毒素的有效组分群,为中药拮抗内毒素活性成分的筛选提供可行的方法。
Objective: Effective fractions of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction were screened for anti- endotoxin. Methods:The seven fractions of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction were measured for lipid A- binding affinity by biosensor method. Results: The affinity of seven fractions of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction were processed in order from the highest to the lowest is the precipitation elution by water,the supernatant elution by alcohol,the precipitation elution by alcohol,the whole recipe,the supernatant fraction,the precipitation fraction and the supernatant elution by water. Conclusion: It is a rapid,convenient and accurate method to screen effective fractions of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction against endotoxin. It provides a feasible method for screening active components of traditional Chinese medicine against endotoxin.
