功能化Br?nsted-Lewis酸性离子液体催化合成1-氨基烷基-2-萘酚

Functionalized Br?nsted-Lewis Acidic Ionic Liquid as an Efficient Catalyst for Synthesis of 1-amidoalkyl-2-naphthols

摘要 合成了Br?nsted-Lewis酸性咪唑离子液体[CH_2COOHmim]Fe Cl_3Br,并研究了该离子液体作为催化剂,将2-萘酚、芳香醛、酰胺3组分在无溶剂条件下于100℃下合成一系列的1-氨基烷基-2-萘酚。产物用IR、1HNMR、1 3CNMR对其结构进行确认。实验结果表明,催化剂离子液体可经过5次循环使用,收率保持在90%及以上。 A Bronsted- Lewis acidic ionic liquid,[CH2COOHmim]Fe Cl3 Br was synthesized. The ionic liquid exhibited high catalytic performance in the synthesis of 1-amidoalkyl-2-naphthols through one-pot three-component condensation reaction of 2-naphthol,aldehydes and acetamide at 100 ℃ under solvent-free conditions. The structures of products were confirmed by IR,^1HNMR and ^13 CNMR spectra.The experimental results demonstrate that the catalyst can be recycled and reused 5 times with the yields of desired products more than 90%.
