摘要 目的:建立三香颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别法对三香颗粒中红花、香附、没药等进行显微鉴别,采用TLC法对三香颗粒中黄芩、冰片进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法对三香颗粒中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯进行定量分析。结果:显微特征明显;薄层色谱斑点清晰、阴性液无干扰;木香烃内酯在0.258 0~2.580 0μg内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.8%;去氢木香内酯在0.267 5~2.675 0μg内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.1%。结论:本方法准确、可靠,能有效控制三香颗粒的质量,为三香颗粒质量控制提供依据。 Objective: In order to establish a quality control for Sanxiang Granules. Methods: Microscopic identification method was used to identify Carthami Flos、Cyperi Rhinoma、Myrrha. TLC method was used to identify Scutellariae Radix、Borneolum Syntheticum. HPLC method was used to analyze concentrations of Costunolide and Dehydrocostus lactone.Results: The micro character was evident. The TLC spots were clear without interference. The linear range of Costunolide was0. 258 0 ~ 2. 580 0 μg,r = 0. 999 9,average recovery was 100. 8%; The linear range of Dehydrocostus lactone was0. 267 5 ~ 2. 675 0 μg,r = 0. 999 9,average recovery was98. 1%. Conclusion: The method is accurate,specific,reproducible and can be used for quality control of Sanxiang Granules.
