滋阴抑亢调冲汤对卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)大鼠凝血纤溶系统的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究滋阴抑亢调冲汤(zyyktc)对卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)模型大鼠的疗效及作用机制。方法:20日龄Wistar大鼠60只,随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、吲哚美辛组及zyyktc组,每组15只。除空白对照组外,其余3组采用改良的Ujioka方法建立OHSS模型,分别灌胃给予相应剂量的药物,于用药第7天处死大鼠,称取卵巢重量,肉眼、光镜观察卵巢组织形态学改变,采用放射免疫法检测大鼠血清E2水平,凝固法测定血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)含量,ELISA法检测血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)及D-二聚体(D-D)含量。结果:zyyktc能显著降低OHSS大鼠血清E_2(P<0.01)含量和血浆D-D、Fib、tPA、PAI-1水平(均P<0.01),改善卵巢组织形态学变化。结论:zyyktc可有效调节OHSS大鼠凝血纤溶系统,改善血液循环,从而对OHSS发挥治疗作用。 Objective: To study the therapeutic effect andmechanisms of Ziyin Yikang Tiaochong Decoction on ratmodel of OHSS. Methods: Sixty female Wistar mice were randomly divided into 4 groups( blank control group,OHSS model group,indometacin group,ZYYKTCD group),with 15 mice in each group. By using the improved Ujioka methods,we established the model of OHSS in 3 groups. Except blank control group,the other groups were given normal saline,indometacin,Ziyin Yikang Tiaochong Decoction. A total of one week,rats were given anesthesia in each group,removing both ovaries for weighing and taking out the blood. We observed ovarian tissue morphology with eye and light microscopy. We detected RIA peripheral serum E_2,marked the neurological impairment in the rats and detected the contents of tissue plasminogen activator( t- PA),plasmlnogen activator inhibitor- 1( PAI- 1),D- Dimer and Fibrinogen( Fib) in blood plasm. Results: Ziyin Yikang Tiaochong Decoction can down- regulate the level of E_2( P〈0. 01) in serum and t- PA,PAI- 1,D- D,Fib inplasma( all P〈0. 01) and light ovarian morphological injury was found to be alleviated. Conclusion: Ziyin Yikang Tiaochong Decoction can treat OHSS,which may be correlated with effectively regulatingthe coagulation and fibrinolysis system of OHSS rats.
