卒中后焦虑患者应用原络通经针法治疗的临床效果

Yuanluo Tongjing Acupuncture on Patients with Anxiety after Stroke

目的:对卒中后焦虑患者应用原络通经针法治疗的临床效果进行对比与分析。方法:研究对象来源于医院2014年5月—2015年5月收治的68例卒中后焦虑患者,根据掷骰子法随机分为实验组和对照组,每组34例患者。对照组患者给予常规抗焦虑药物治疗,实验组患者应用原络通经针法治疗。对比两组患者的生活质量评分情况、HAMD评分情况、Zung评分情况、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:实验组患者经治疗后的日常认知情况评分(88.65±9.24)分、社会功能丧失(89.28±4.15)分、心理状态(88.79±10.47)分、精神状况(94.12±2.18)分,Zung评分情况(48.97±3.41)分、HAMD评分情况(9.52±1.26)分、治疗总有效率(88.24%)及不良反应发生率(2.94%)均明显优于对照组日常认知情况评分(65.21±1.28)分、社会功能丧失(58.72±3.47)分、心理状态(62.91±2.14)分、精神状况(60.19±3.25)分、HAMD评分情况(16.69±1.94)分、Zung评分情况(66.78±9.87)分、治疗总有效率(61.76%)及不良反应发生率(38.24%),其差异统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用原络通经针法对卒中后焦虑患者进行治疗,能够有效缓解患者焦虑情绪,患者生活质量有明显提高,不良反应发生率低,不良反应较小,其短期临床疗效显著,但远期的临床效果仍然需要通过延长随访时间和加大样本量来进行证实。

Objective： To compare and analyze the clinical effect of the patients with anxiety treated with Yuanluo Tongjing acupuncture therapy after stroke. Methods： From May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital,a total of 68 cases of patients with post- stroke anxiety were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,34 cases in each group. The control group were given routine anti- anxiety drug,yet the patients in the experimental group given Yuanluo Tongjing acupuncture treatment. The quality of life score,HAMD score,Zung score,treatment total effective rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between two groups. Results： After treatment,the experimental group＇s daily cognitive score（ 88. 65 ± 9. 24）,loss of social function（ 89. 28 ± 4. 15）,psychology status（ 88. 79 ± 10. 47）,mental health（ 94. 12 ± 2. 18）,Zung score（ 48. 97 ± 3. 41）,HAMD score（ 9. 52 ± 1. 26）,the total effective rate（ 88. 24%）and adverse reaction rate（ 2. 94%） were better than the control group＇s daily cognitive score（ 65. 21 ± 1. 28）,loss of social function（ 58. 72 ± 3. 47）,psychology status（ 62. 91 ± 2. 14）,mental health（ 60. 19 ± 3. 25）,Zung score（ 66. 78± 9. 87）,HAMD score（ 16. 69 ± 1. 94）,the total effective rate（ 61. 76%） and adverse reaction rate（ 38. 24%） and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yuanluo Tongjing needling method in the treatment of patients with anxiety after stroke can effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients,significantly improve patients quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and has less toxic side effects. Its short- term clinical curative effect is distinct,but long- term clinical effect still need to prolong follow- up time and increase the sample size.
