中西医结合治疗冠心病临床疗效及生活质量的影响

Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment for Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Its Influence on Quality of Life

目的:研究并探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病患者的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响,从而提高医院对冠心病患者的治疗水平,改善患者的生活质量。方法:依据纳入排除标准从医院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的冠心病患者中随机抽取160例作为研究对象,按照电脑所产生的随机数列分为两组,对照组采用西药进行常规治疗,研究组在采用西药治疗的基础上加用中药汤剂进行治疗。两组患者在经过4周的治疗后,比较两组的治疗效果,观察治疗前后血液流变学和患者生活质量的改变情况。结果:研究组患者采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗后,患者血液的血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积分别为(1.69±0.12)m Pa/s、(4.02±0.28)%、(41.98±3.32)%;对照组采用常规西药治疗后,患者血液的血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积分别为(1.76±0.14)m Pa/s、(4.14±0.32)%、(44.62±3.12)%;两组差距较明显,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。研究组总有效率为96.25%,对照组治疗总有效率为87.50%,研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,两组差距较明显,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:对于冠心病患者,在采用西药治疗的基础上加用中药汤剂,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,患者的血液流变学指标变化更加明显,具有较好的临床疗效,对提高患者的生活质量具有积极意义。

Objective： To study and explore the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD） and the influence on patients quality of life so as to improve the level of hospital for the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease,improve the patient＇s quality of life.Methods： On the basis of inclusion criteria,in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015,160 cases of patients with CHD randomly were selected as the research object,and according to the random sequence generated by computer,divided into two groups. The control group was treated by routine western medicine and the treatment group on the basis used traditional Chinese medicine. After 4 weeks of treatment,compare the curative effect of two groups and before and after treatment observe the blood rheology and the change of the patients＇ quality of life. Results： The treatment group＇s blood plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and erythrocyte deposition were respectively（ 1. 69 ± 0. 12） m Pa/s,（ 4. 02 ± 0. 28） % and（ 41. 98 ±3. 32） %. Control group＇s were respectively（ 1. 76 ± 0. 14） m Pa/s,（ 4. 14 ± 0. 32） % and（ 44. 62 ± 3. 12） %. The two groups＇ difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Treatment group＇s total effective rate was 96. 25%,which was significantly higher than the control＇s 87. 50%. Two groups＇ difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： For patients with CHD,on the basis of using western medicine,combining with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms. Blood rheology in patients has more obvious index change. It has good clinical curative effect and positive significance to improve the life quality of patients.
