白芍潜在功能发掘与利用

Excavation and Utilization of Radix Paeoniae Alba Potential Function

通过对古代本草、《普济方》数据库^([1])和2010版《中华人民共和国药典》中白芍功用的比较,确认历代本草所载基本功用已被《中华人民共和国药典》收录。但由古本草提炼出来的活血化瘀、清热泻火、清热解毒、安神、利尿、安胎、益气补虚、生津止渴、止泻止痢等功能,以及古代含白芍复方治疗中风、跌打损伤、诸热、骨蒸、时气疫疠、瘟病、怔忡惊悸、小便不利、水肿、胎动不安、诸虚、消渴、泄痢等病症,《药典》未曾收录。结合现代药效学研究和临床应用,初步确认活血化瘀、清热泻火、清热解毒、安神、利尿、安胎、益气补虚、生津止渴、止泻止痢是白芍的潜在功用。

Based on the function comparison of radix paeoniae alba in the ancient Chinese materia medica,Pujifang database and Pharmacopoeia 2010[1],it confirms that materia medica basic functions recorded in all previous dynasties have been contained the Pharmacopoeia. But the functions for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clearing heat and purging fire,clearing heat and resolving toxin,tranquilizing the mind,promoting urine,miscarriage prevention,replenishing qi and tonifying deficiency,promoting fluid and relieving thirst,anti- diarrhea and other functions and prescriptions containing radix paeoniae alba which can treat stroke,injuries,the heat syndrome,bone steaming,epidemic disease,palpitation,quickening uneasy,difficult urination,edema and diabetes were not included in Pharmacopoeia. Combining modern pharmacodynamics research and clinical application,it preliminary confirmed that functions of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clearing heat and purging fire,clearing heat and resolving toxin,tranquilizing the mind,promoting urine,miscarriage prevention,replenishing qi and tonifying deficiency,promoting fluid and relieving thirst and anti- diarrhea are the potential functions of radix paeoniae alba.
