中药治疗抗精神药物所致肥胖的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of TCM Treatment for Obesity Caused by Psychoactive Drugs

目的:探讨中药治疗抗精神药物所致肥胖的临床疗效观察。方法:选择2012年6月—2015年3月医院收治的精神药物所致肥胖患者62例,将其随机分为观察组31例、对照组31例,两组均在原抗精神病药物剂量不变的基础上完全2个月的治疗,观察组同时给予我院自拟中药方,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后体重变化以及精神病量表(BPRS)、不良反应量表(TESS)评分情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(70.97%)显著高于对照组(22.58%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者体质量无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者体质量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前、治疗后两组患者BPRS评分均无统计学差异(P>0.05),而两组患者治疗后BPRS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后TESS评分无统计学显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:我院自拟中药方治疗抗精神病药物所致肥胖患者具有着显著的临床疗效,对抗精神病药物疗效无影响,运用安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of TCM Treatment on obesity caused by psychoactive drug. Methods： Sixty- two patients with obesity were selected from our hospital in June 2012- March 2015 and randomly divided into observation group 31 cases and control group 31 cases. Two groups completed 2 months treatment without changing the dose of antipsychotic drug. The observation group was given self- made prescription and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Before and after the treatment,the amount of weight change and psychiatric scale（ BPRS） and side effects table（ TESS） were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 22. 58% and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The body weight of the two groups was not significantly different（ P〉0. 05）. The patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group＇s（ P〈0. 05）. The BPRS score of the two groups were not significantly different（ P〉0. 05） and significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The TESS score of the two groups was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：The self- made prescription for antipsychotic induced obese patients has significant clinical efficacy and no against effect on the antipsychotic drug. The use is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
