Analysis of Connection between Silk Road Economic Belt and Euro-Asia Economic Alliance

欧亚经济联盟是俄罗斯主导的独联体地区的超国家机制,合作水平和深度远超中国与独联体国家间的合作。与此同时,联盟成员国均对中国的"丝绸之路经济带"表示浓厚兴趣和积极支持。2015年5月8日,中俄发表《关于丝绸之路经济带建设和欧亚经济联盟建设对接合作的联合声明》,提出双边与多边相结合、发挥上海合作组织平台作用、推动自贸区建设等对接原则、方式与内容,为两机制合作提供坚实基础。未来,双方宜继续加强战略对接、项目对接、信息对接和机制对接,不断深化基础设施、产能、金融、工业园区建设、走出去和引进来相结合等领域合作。

Euro-Asia Economic Alliance is super-national mechanism of C.I.S dominated by Russia, whose cooperation level and depth are far above that between China and C.I.S. In the meantime, C.I.S take strong interest in ＂Silk-Road Economic Belt＂and show its positive support. On may 8th 2015,China and Russia issued Joint Declaration on Cooperation of Connection between Constructions of Silk-Road Economic Belt and Euro-Asia Economic Alliance,suggested that bilateral and multilateral should be combined,Shanghai Cooperation Organization as a platform displayed and free-trade zone construction promoted in terms of connecting principle,mode and content to lay solid foundation for cooperation of dual mechanisms. In the future, the two sides are advised to intensify switches of strategy, project, information and mechanism and further infrastructure, production capacity, finance and industrial-park construction as well as cooperation of other sectors by going global and introducing in.
