临床药学服务个案报道类文献评价及撰写建议

Evaluation of case reports of clinical pharmaceutical care and advice for the writing of such reports

目的:了解临床药学服务个案报道类文献撰写中存在的问题,提出撰写建议,为临床药师提供参考。方法:以"药学服务"、"药学监护"、"临床药学"、"临床药师"为中文关键词,以"pharmaceutical care"、"clinical pharmacist"、"clinical pharmacy"为英文关键词,检索中国期刊全文数据库(中国知网)、维普科技期刊数据库、万方数据-数字化期刊群和PubMed,收集2011-01-01至2014-12-31我国作者发表的临床药学服务个案报道类文献。参考临床医学个案报道撰写指南(The CARE guidelines),建立临床药学服务个案报道类文献评价项目,对检索到的文献进行评价。结果和结论:共检索到文献1187篇,全部发表在国内期刊上,文献数量逐年递增。此类文献缺失最多的内容为病例主要经验总结及建议、病人既往史、相关医药学文献分析,且临床药师在撰写此类文献时与临床其他科室沟通合作较少。需要注意个案报道类文献撰写的科学性、完整性,并进一步加强与临床科室工作人员的合作。

Objective：To find out the problems related to the writing of the case reports of clinical pharmaceutical care and provide advice for writing,so as to provide reference for clinical pharmacists.Methods：With ＂pharmaceutical care＂,＂clinical pharmacy＂and＂clinical pharmacist＂as both Chinese and English key words,the Chinese Journal Full-text Database in China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,VIP China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Data-Digitalization Journals and PubMed from 2011-01-01 to 2014-12-31 were retrieved.The case reports of clinical pharmaceutical care were collected.The evaluation items were established on the basis of CARE guidelines and evaluations were made on the retrieved literature.Results and conclusion：Totally,1 187 papers were retrieved and the number of papers published in domestic medical journals increased year by year.The top three defects of such reports were：summary of personal experience and recommendations,past medical histories of patients and analyses of related medical literature.In addition,there were insufficient communication and cooperation with other clinical departments in the writing of such reports.More importantly,further efforts should be made on the scientific quality and integrity when writing such papers.
