Analysis of drug use in the Department of Anesthesiology in Kunming General Hospital of former Chengdu Military Region

目的:调查原成都军区昆明总医院麻醉科药品应用情况,为麻醉科药品合理应用与规范化管理提供参考。方法:用Excel 2007软件以限定日剂量法及ABC分析法对2009-2014年麻醉科用药品类、人均用药金额、用药频度及金额分布等数据进行统计分析。结果:麻醉科用药日趋合理、规范。各年度人均药费和用药品种数呈现下降趋势;在用药品类、用药频度及金额分布方面,麻醉科用药基本合理;一些手术常用药品由于麻醉方式转变等客观因素用量变化较大;少数非手术必需品种用量大幅下降甚至停止使用。结论:麻醉科合理用药管控措施取得较好成效,具有很好的借鉴意义。

Objective：To analyze the drug use in the Department of Anesthesiology in Kunming General Hospital of former Chengdu Military Region,so as to provide reference for rational drug application and standardized management.Methods：Analyses were made on the consumed drug categories,per capita consumption sum of drugs,frequency of drug use and cost distribution in the Department of Anesthesiology from 2009 to 2014,by using Excel 2007 software,defined daily dose（DDD）and ABC analysis.Results：The drug use in Department of Anesthesiology tended to be more rational and standardized.The annual per capita cost of drugs and the number of drug categories tended to be lower.With respect to drug categories,frequency of drug use and cost distribution,the drug application in the Department of Anesthesiology was basically rational.Due to such factors as the transformation of anesthesia modes,there were considerable changes in the application of certain surgical drugs.The consumption sum of a few non-essential anesthetic drugs decreased dramatically or even dropped to zero.Conclusion：The drug control measures adopted by the Department of Anesthesiology achieved rather good results,which would provide reference for rational use of anesthetics.
