A Chemical Vapor Deposition Approach to Single-Crystalline Tellurium Nanotubes

摘要 本文报道了利用化学气相沉积法,以Bi_2Te_3为生长源,通过升华分解气相输运沉积实现碲单晶纳米管的生长.利用扫描电子显微(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、选区电子衍射(SAED)、能量色散谱(EDS)对样品的形貌、微结构、组分进行了表征.分析结果显示所得样品是结晶良好的三方碲单晶纳米管,是具有规则外形的部分中空的管状一维纳米结构. Single-crystalline tellurium(Te) Nanotubes have been synthesized through a chemical vapor deposition(CVD) technique using Bi_2Te_3 as the starting material,and the formation process of the products involves decomposition of starting material,transport and condensation of vaporized growth species.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),selected area electron diffraction(SAED) and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS) were employed to reveal the morphology,microstructure and chemical compositions of the products.The results indicate that the as-synthesized samples are well-crystallized single-crystal nanotubes of trigonal tellurium and one-dimensional nanostructure with the regular shape and tubular of partly hollow.
