福建省新建或改扩建幼儿园发展现状研究

摘要 为了解2011年以来福建省农村学前教育尤其是新建或改扩建幼儿园的发展现状、存在问题,本文以福建省各地市三年行动计划颁布后新建或改扩建的乡镇一级中心幼儿园为调查对象,通过问卷法、访谈法等开展调研。调查显示:近年来,政府加大对学前教育的投入,基本完成各乡镇(街道)至少有一所公办幼儿园的目标,但新建或改扩建的幼儿园普遍存在政府管理有缺失、园内设施不完善、师资队伍建设亟待优化、家长教育观念有偏差等问题。针对这些问题,从明确政府职责、改善办学条件、提高师资队伍建设水平、转变农村家长教育观念几个方面提出针对性的建议。 This research used questionnaires and interviews to investigate the town-level kindergartens newly-built and expanded since the release of the three-year action plan in varied cities of Fujian Province in 2011 to find out the existing problems in the development of preschool education. The results showed that the government has increased input in pre-school education and realized the target of setting up one public kindergarten in each block of cities and in each village and town in recent years. However, there are some problems existing in the kindergartens, newly-built, rebuilt or expanded, in the ares of governmental management, inadequate facilities, teaching staff to be optimized, and parents’ educational concepts. To address these problems, the authors highlighted the efforts in government obligations, fund increase, teaching staff construction, and rural parents’ educational concepts.
