摘要
目的探讨西南地区大学生的睡眠情况,客观反映大学生中广泛存在的睡眠问题,并分析导致晚睡晚起、早课缺勤的原因,为大学生养成早睡早起习惯提供理论参考依据。方法采用问卷和个案访谈的方式对452名大学生进行调查研究,问卷内容包括睡觉与起床时间、睡眠质量、旷课/迟到情况、睡眠总时间以及睡眠不足原因等,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果 45.3%的男生睡觉时间晚于凌晨00:30,29.3%的女生睡觉时间晚于凌晨00:30;27.4%的男生起床时间晚于上午09:00,11.8%的女生起床时间晚于上午09:00;42.0%的大学生睡眠时间符合正常睡眠时间标准;早课迟到/旷课的大学生占总人数的30.0%;个人睡眠习惯和环境因素是导致大学生睡眠不足的主要原因。结论高校应从思想认识、榜样示范、奖惩监督制度的建立与宿舍文化建设等方面入手帮助大学生养成早睡早起习惯,促进大学生的健康成长。
Objective To explore university students′sleep quality in Southwest China and to present their sleep issues.Meanwhile,the investigation is done to analyze reasons behind keeping late hours and skipping early class,and to provide a theoretical basis for cultivating good habit of keeping early hours.Methods The research was conducted through questionnaire and interview among 452 university students.The questionnaire covered time of sleep and get up,sleep quality,reasons for skipping class,total sleep time and reasons for sleep insufficiency.Results were statistically analyzed.Results It was found that 45.3% of male students slept later than 00:30am,while the rate for female students was 29.3%;27.4% of male students got up later than 9:00am,while the ratio for female students was 11.8%;42.0% of university students′sleep time met standards;30.0% of university students skipped class or came late to early class.Personal sleeping habit and sleeping environment were main reasons for sleep insufficiency.Conclusion Universities should take actions on the aspects of cognition,setting example,establishing reward and punishment system,and constructing dormitory culture in order to help students cultivate good habit of keeping early hours and grow in good health.
