小套管井环空液面监测技术研究

摘要 小套管抽油井由于井下管柱在悬挂器以下存在变径位置,常规液面测试仪器难以测试准确的液面位置。为此,针对井下管柱特点,研究出小套管生产井环空液面测试技术。测试采用回声原理,气体压差瞬时击发产生声波,用压电陶瓷传感器接收回声波的反射,提高了回声监测灵敏度。从高精度回声接收器、优选压差声波幅度、提高仪器抗干扰能力、提高曲线波形识别分析技术等4方面研究了环空液面新工艺。在测试曲线上可以清楚地区分井口波、悬挂器变径波和动液面波。2015年上半年开展小套管抽油井环空液面测试45井次,通过测试获得了抽油井生产时的动态资料。该项技术的开发应用能够准确判断抽油井工况、油井供液能力,对优选合理的工作制度、提高油田经营管理水平具有十分重要的意义。 Because there existed variable diameter position in the downhole casing string below the hanger of small casing pumping wells,conventional dynamic liquid level test instrument was difficult to test the accurate dynamic liquid level position.Therefore,according to the characteristics of downhole casing string of small casing pumping wells,an annular liquid level test technology was successfully developed for small casing production wells.The instrument adopted echo principle,waves were instantaneously generated by gas pressure,reflected acoustic was received by piezoelectric ceramics,noise filtering technology was used to improve the echo monitoring sensitivity.From the aspects of using the high precision echo receiver,optimizing differential acoustic amplitude,improving the anti-jamming ability of instrument,improving curve waveform recognition and analysis technique,the new technology of annular fluid level was researched.In the liquid level test curve,Iguchi Nami,hanger variable diameter wave and dynamic liquid level wave could be clearly distinguished and casing pressure could be monitored.In the first half of 2015,the annular liquid level test of small casing pumping wells was carried out in 45 wells.Through testing,the dynamic data of pumping well production are obtained.The development and application of the technology can be accurately judged the operating condition of pumping wells and the capacity of oil well supplying,it is of great significance of selecting a reasonable working system,and improving the management level of oilfields.
