中国共产党历来高度重视领导干部的官德建设。领导干部是人民的公仆,坚持群众路线,时刻做到"权为民所用",是官德建设的落脚点。注重调查研究,实事求是,与时俱进,使主观符合客观,是官德建设的根本。毛泽东在新民主主义革命时期、社会主义建设初期形成的实事求是、忠诚为民、民主公正、廉洁务实等官德思想对今天的官德建设仍具有指导意义。
