阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者骨转换标志物及骨密度的变化 被引量:8

摘要 既往研究([1])表明,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是糖尿病、高血压、冠心病等多种疾病的独立危险因素。OSAHS引起的反复间歇性缺氧、氧化应激、内皮功能障碍等,均能影响骨代谢并可成为骨质疏松的危险因素([2-3])。本研究探讨OSAHS患者血清骨转换标志物及骨密度的变化,报告如下。
