我国民营医院发展状况研究

Research on the Development Status of Private Hospitals in China

目的:揭示我国民营医院发展状况,为促进社会资本进入医疗领域和加快我国健康服务业发展提供政策依据。方法:采用对比分析和描述分析方法对我国2010—2014年的民营医院机构数量、床位、人员、医疗服务提供能力和经济收入情况进行研究。结果:尽管我国民营医院机构呈快速增长趋势,病床数、卫生人员数、诊疗人次数及入院病人数都有了较快增长,我国民营医院医疗服务费用低于公立医院平均费用水平,但我国民营医院仍存在诸如:服务能力落后于机构数量的发展、自身定位不清陷入与公立医院的同质化竞争以及人才短缺等制约其发展的一些问题。建议:明晰社会资本办医目的与民营医院的定位;建议行业协会牵头组织开展民营医院高级管理人员培训;采取切实可行的措施解决民营医院人才匮乏问题。

Objective：To reveal the development status of private hospitals so as to provide policy evidences for promoting the social capital enter medical field and accelerate the development of health service industry.Methods：Comparative analysis and descriptive analysis wereused in studying the number of private hospitals, beds, personnel, capacity of medical service delivery and admission number from 2010 to2014.Results：Although private hospitals showed rapid growth trend, especially in number of beds, number of health personnel, numbers of visits and inpatients, as well as lower cost in private hospitals than the average level of costs in public hospitals, problems of restricting its development still existed, such as the number of private hospital grew beyond the service capabilities, homogenization competition with public hospitalsresulted from unclear self-position and personnel shortage, etc.Suggestion：It needed to specify the purpose of hospital financed by social capital and position of private hospitals; suggest the industry associations lead and organize senior management training for private hospitals; takepractical measures to solve personnel shortage in private hospitals.
