The sculptures carved by Yu Qingcheng represent the great truth, supreme benevolence, and breathtaking beauty. Greatness refers to art; truth reflects the inherent spirit of Chinese nation, that of resilience, endless vitality; benevolence signifies the humanity of Chinese nation, that of modesty and humility, self-discipline and self-commitment; beauty epitomizes the dedicated pursuit of Chinese nation, that of longing for health, happiness, and well-being. All of these are combined and integrated harmoniously and miraculously in the sculptures of Yu Qingcheng.
