“四个全面”视域下高校发展问题探析

随着市场对人才的要求不断变化,高校发展中出现的问题也越来越多样化。"四个全面"的提出为抓住高校发展问题中的重点及难点提供了框架:教育公平与教育质量仍然挑战全面小康社会目标;改革方向不准确,投入力度不足,改革成本阻碍多;依法行政、依法治教和依法治学有待进一步细化;高校党组织治理不严、不全面。面对诸多挑战,要全面建成小康社会就需要平衡教育质量和公平,进一步做好教育改革准备,全面提升法治力量,提高全面从严治党水平。

With the changing expectation of the market to people,problems occurred in colleges is diversified.＂Four Comprehensives＂provides a framework for seizing the key and difficult point in the development of colleges. Educational equity and quality still challenge the goal of comprehensive well- off society. Direction of reform is not clear,the investment is not enough,and the cost of reform is complicated. Law- based administration,law- based teachers＇ management and law- based students＇ control needs to be deepened.Management of party in university is not strict,and not comprehensive. With a lot of challenges,we need to balance quality and equity of education in order to build up Well- off Society,do further preparation for education reform,enhance the strength of law,and improve the level of controlling our party.
