摘要
读在二语习得中起着至关重要的作用,然而,中国的大学生在学习英语十几年后,阅读速度和阅读技巧都不尽如人意。将图式理论引入阅读教学,可有效提高读者的阅读水平。文章通过阐述图式与阅读理解的关系,探讨了图式理论在阅读教学中的指导作用。根据图式理论的指导作用,一个阅读过程可分为三个阶段进行:读前、读中和读后。用图式理论指导阅读可激发学生阅读兴趣、加快阅读速度,并做出恰当的预测和推断,从而辅助英语阅读的教与学。
Reading plays an essential role in second language acquisition. However,Chinese college students still have much difficulty in effective reading after more than 10 years of English study. The application of schema theory can effectually improve reading. The study mainly expands on the instructive role of schema theory in reading comprehension. Schema theory can be applied in the whole reading process,which includes three phrases: pre- reading,while- reading and post- reading. The application of schema theory in reading may raise students' interest in the text,improve their reading speed and help them make proper forecast and inference,which in turn,facilitates their comprehension.
