摘要
焊接残余应力大小影响整机的性能和使用寿命,研究振捣座的焊接残余应力分布有着重要的工程意义。文中采用焊接数值模拟方法,对整机振捣座的不同焊接顺序进行优化分析,获得了振捣座的焊接残余应力分布状况。同时,结合试验手段,验证有限元模型的正确性和有效性。结果表明,采用对称施焊方法的焊接残余拉应力峰值最小;改变焊接顺序,焊接残余应力分布趋势发生改变,但峰值几乎不发生改变。
The welding residual stress had great influence on the performance and service life of the machine, and it was very important to study the residual stress distribution of the vibrating seat. By means of welding numerical simulation, the welding residual stress distribution in different welding sequences were optimized to obtain the residual stress distribution of the vibrating seat. At the same time, the validity of the finite element model was verified by the experimental method. The results showed that the peak value of residual stress was minimum by the method of symmetrical welding. By changing the welding sequences, the distribution of residual stress changed,while the peak value almost doesn' t change. The results were attractive for the knowledge and the control of the welding residual stress in the follow-up technic.
