基于Pubmed数据库的近10年葡萄膜炎文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of international researching hot topics of uveitis field in recent ten years

目的 了解国际近年在葡萄膜炎领域的研究热点,为国内相关研究或临床治疗提供参考依据.方法 文献计量分析研究.采用书目信息共现挖掘系统对2005年至2014年美国国立医学图书馆Pubmed数据库收录的相关文献进行文献计量分析,利用SPSS 15.0统计软件对相关高频主题词的亲疏关系和类别进行共词系统聚类分析并描绘系统聚类关系图.结果 共检出葡萄膜炎相关文献9 610篇,各年度文献发文量呈逐年增长趋势,2014年的发文量比2005年增加了20.7％（1 055篇vs.874篇）.发文量居于前5名的国家分别为美国、英国、德国、新西兰和意大利.英语为首要的发文语言,共发表8 439篇（占87.8％）.共获得高频主题词30个,高频主题词共被聚类为8簇,依次为葡萄膜炎的免疫学研究、葡萄膜炎的诊断与病因及临床治疗效果的流行病学分析、葡萄膜炎并发症（黄斑水肿）的药物临床治疗及免疫学治疗应用研究、白塞综合征的遗传学/免疫学及多态性和单核苷酸研究、白塞综合征（并发症）的血清学、病理学与病理生理学诊断及流行病学研究、前葡萄膜炎的病因胗断及术后并发症研究、葡萄膜炎综合征的诊断、葡萄膜炎脉络膜/视网膜炎的诊断.结论 国际近年对葡萄膜炎领域的关注及发文量逐年递增,欧美国家及英文的科研发文量占主体地位.国际上葡萄膜炎的研究热点主要集中在发病机制等基础研究、病因与并发症的群体特征,实验室及临床诊断技术,药物和免疫学治疗,术后并发症等8个领域.

Objective To analyze and evaluate international researching hot topics in uveitis field,and provide information for domestic researchers or doctors who major in this filed study.Methods Uveitis related literature published during 2005-2014 were retrieved from PubMed database for bibliometric analysis by software of BICOMS.And SPSS statistical software were used to cluster the high frequency hot topics,co-word analysis and clustering picture of high frequency hot topics were implemented.Results Of the total collected 9610 uveitis related articles the yearly published number of articles in uveitis continually increased during the above study period,in which the published articles during 2014 increased 20.7% compared with that of published articles during 2010 （1055 vs.874）.American,England and Germany,New Zealand,Italy ranked the top five of countries in the number of published articles,which totally published 6630 uveitis related articles,and accounted for 69% of totally published articles.English was the predominant language of published literature,which accounted for 87.8% of the total published articles.Thirty high frequency hot topics were obtained.High frequency hot topics were clustered into eight categories by hierarchical cluster analysis：（1） Immunology and autoimmune diseases study of uveitis,（2） Diagnosis/pathogen/the epidemiological study of treatment effect,（3） The practical study of drug and immunological therapy of the uveitis and its complication,（4） Behcet＆#39;s syndrome/genetics/immunology/single nucleotide and polymorphisms research,（5） The serology/pathology/pathological physiology diagnosis and epidemiological study of Behcet＆#39;s syndrome and other complications,（6） the pathogen,diagnosis and postoperative complication study of anterior uveitis,（7） Uveitis syndrome diagnosis,（8） Diagnosis of choroidal uveitis,retinitis.Conclusions Recently worldwide researches pay more attention to uveitis related study,related published number of articles increased continually.The developed countries of America and European countries dominate in this study field.The international main researches focus on eight fields,including the epidemiological study of pathogen,etiology,causes of uveitis,laboratory and clinic diagnosis techniques,drug and immunologic treatment,and postoperative complication study of uveitis.
