摘要
中国与其他国家的公共冲突化解机构在专门性、专业性、机构属性、人员构成、资金来源、协议约束力等方面具有许多共同点,但也存在一些重要的差异。为了提升公共冲突化解机构的效能,需要进一步加强对公共冲突化解机构的法律和制度支持,细化专业分工,更多吸收专家参与,并建立各类冲突化解机构的统一规范和交流平台。
China and other countries institutions for public conflict resolution have much in common in specialization, professional, and institutional attributes, personnel composition, sources of funding, and binding force of agreement etc. However, there are also some important differences. In order to enhance the efficiency of public conflict resolution institutions, it is necessary to further strengthen the legal and institutional support for public conflict resolution institutions, refine division of labor, invite more experts to participate in, and establish unified standards and exchange platform for various types of conflict resolution institutions.
