党的十八大以来,中央相继提出实施创新驱动发展战略和建设中国特色新型智库。建设立足地方实际、贴近地方实情、紧跟地方实践的"创新驱动发展案例库",可作为各地加快实施创新驱动发展战略、建设高水平科技创新智库的具体举措和有力抓手。案例库能够以教研咨一体化的功能定位聚焦创新驱动发展主题,采用接地气、持续追踪的案例研究方式,形成具体鲜活的真实案例,提炼地方特色治理经验,进而辅助政府决策。建议各地严格按照相关标准,积极创造有利条件,启动并建好用好这种特殊类型的智库。

Since the 18th Congress meeting, the central government has proposed the construction of innovation-driven development strategy and China＇s new think tanks. The case library can focus on the topics of innovation-driven development through teaching, re- search and consulting. Through a local and keeping tracking approach, real cases can be used,local management experience can be ex- tracted, government＇s decision-making can be supported. It is recommended to local governments,that these proposals should be built on standards, with favorable conditions provided, to construct a new think tank.
