摘要
为研究山地小城市应急避难场所的布局优化问题,以出行成本和建设成本最小化以及覆盖范围最大化为目标,对不同等级的应急避难场所构建不同的选址模型,在此基础上依托GIS技术和数学模型划分各应急避难场所的服务范围,并结合实际的城市用地和建设情况对应急避难场所的空间布局进行优化调整。同时将模型应用于剑川县应急避难场所的实际研究中,验证了模型的可行性。研究方法和模型为其他山地小城市应急避难场所的布局优化研究提供了理论指导和模型参考。
In order to conduct research on the layout optimization of emergency shelters in small mountainous cities, the author constructs diverse location models for different grades of emergency shelters, which aims to minimize the travel cost and construction cost and maximize the coverage range. Then the author will determine the actual service of emergency shelters on basis of GIS software and mathematical models and adjust the space layout combining with the actual urban land and construction situation. This paper takes Jianchuan County of Yunnan Province for example. Constructed models will be applied in the actual research of emergency shelters so as to verify that the models are feasible. The research methods and models provide theoretical guidance and model reference for location selection of emergency shelters in other small mountainous cities.
